Dutch French Toast
- 2 eggs
- 150ml Milk
- 8 slices of (old) white bread
- 50g Butter
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- Beat the eggs slighly and Stir in the Milk
- Put the slices of bread in the egg mixture and leave to soak briefly
- Mlt the Butter in a Frying Pan and fry the bread on both sides until Golden Brown
- Take the bread out of the pan and keep it warm
- Sprinkle with Sugar and Cinnamon
